After graduating from the University of Kansas with a Bachelors of Fine Arts, she immersed herself into the digital arts & flourished as a creative & passionate graphic designer. Brand development experience includes companies such as the Wynn Las Vegas, MGM International and Russell Stover Candies where she honed the leadership skills needed to create an inspiring environment for the ThriveNow creative team. Vineeta has had a successful journey as an extremely capable professional, proving a strong work ethic, a natural ability to get along & work with people, a fun-loving nature while exhibiting professionalism on demand, & an innate design sensibility.

Steven Moretti
Steven is a leading expert in business intelligence (BI) — a set of processes, methodologies, and technologies used to transform raw data into meaningful, useful, and action-oriented enterprise information. He delivers strategic guidance, helping enterprises define BI strategies, governance, and architectures and identify vendors and technologies that help them put information to use in business processes and end user experiences. Steven has more than 14 years of experience with enterprise software and applications implementation, management consulting, and strategic advisory skills. Most recently, Moretti has led many successful internal BI initiatives, advising the bank's large enterprise software clients on enterprise adoption issues and product and marketing strategies. He has served as senior manager of data warehousing and customer relationship management (CRM) practices for fortune 500 companies in the banking sector.

E.J.’s digital marketing savvy is unparalleled. She finds deep satisfaction in brand, marketing and corporate identity strategy development with a drive for financial efficiency and measurable results. E.J. brings expertise from creating successes for school districts, chambers, cultural arts centers, golf clubs and other business segments. Some of her favorite achievements include ensuring revenue and profit growth goals were met for Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Silver Nugget Gaming, The Las Vegas Review-Journal, the Mirage Hotel Casino, Pace Gallery, and the Guggenheim Hermitage. When she isn’t overseeing the ThriveNow digital marketing team and consistently leading them to achieve record breaking results for clients cluck enough to work with her, she is prototyping STEM projects for her brainchild, Maker Kids Lab, an after school mobile maker space startup that teaches STEM projects to elementary schools. Her boundless energy and passion is contagious.

A consumer analytics marketing executive at Caesar’s Entertainment and Marriott International, she also brings experience from the MGM Resorts International and the Silverton. Sarah is an Executive MBA graduate from the Denver University and holds a degree in marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Ms. Procopio has the unique ability to meld data science and human behavior to grow revenue and increase profit. Ms. Procopio has exceptional analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills and deep experience in analytics based marketing. As an award-winning leader, her keen ability for leveraging marketing mediums to yield optimum ROI has earned her the reputation for turning flailing companies and marketing programs around quickly by leveraging analytics. Sarah has constructed deployed and leveraged CRM systems, RFM models, consumer evaluation formulas and other mathematical database assessments for a multitude of organizations.
